Introducing the Z1 OpenLAN Gateway, extending unified management from the WAN edge to the wireless client. Built to the TIP Gateway specification and powered by open-source , the Z1 enables operators to provision, monitor, and enforce policies across the entire network from a single management plane.

More than a traditional gateway, the Z1 supports (Cloud Package Manager), enabling feature packages to be remotely deployed, updated, and rolled back without on-site intervention.

Over the past two weeks, Edgecore Wi-Fi showcased its Wi-Fi HaLow portfolio at two major industry events across Asia.

Together with our partner BeMap at Wireless Japan 2026 in Tokyo and at CIAT @ COMPUTEX Taipei 2026 – Wi-Fi HaLow for AIoT Use Cases, we demonstrated how Wi-Fi HaLow is enabling long-range, low-power connectivity for next-generation AIoT applications.

A key highlight was Lanqly Chou's presentation, "Building the Wi-Fi HaLow Ecosystem: Long Range. Low Power. One Ecosystem." The session resonated strongly with attendees and sparked conversations around how an open and collaborative ecosystem can accelerate the adoption of Wi-Fi HaLow across a wide range of AIoT applications.

Our showcased solutions, including the EAP112 Wi-Fi HaLow IoT Gateway, Wi-Fi HaLow Portable Device, Wi-Fi HaLow Camera, and Wi-Fi HaLow Dongle, also attracted strong interest from visitors exploring new opportunities in smart infrastructure, industrial IoT, surveillance, and remote connectivity.
