Larz has more than 30 years of architectural experience, along with a strong foundation from his early career as a General Contractor. This unique background gives him a practical, solutions-driven approach that benefits both our team and our clients.
He has led projects across healthcare, education, and multi-family housing, and is especially skilled in managing teams, coordinating with agencies and authorities, and keeping projects aligned with schedules and budgets.
