Huge congratulations to one of Oksana’s housing clients — they were approved for a new rental, signed the agreement today, and move in by the end of the week!

This is Oksana’s second client who will have their security deposit fully covered through Community Supports Housing Assistance.

When she’s not assisting clients, Grace loves spending time outdoors, painting, and being with friends. Her creativity and compassion shine through in the care she provides to her community. 💙

Hayden is currently a Nursing student at Nightingale College, working toward his BSN and bringing his passion for healthcare into every interaction with his clients.

When he’s not assisting members, you can find him spending time with family or staying active through exercise. 🏃‍♂️

Hayden offers both Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services and Community Supports Housing Assistance, helping individuals find stability and improve their quality of life. 🌱

Born and raised in Shasta County, Oksana finds joy in the outdoors, caring for animals, and helping others in her community. 🌿

You can find her at our 1224 Placer St office in Shasta — hosting Donation Days and leading Health Education Classes every third Friday at Goosehead Insurance.

Caidell is one of our amazing Lead Care Managers working in Yolo County. A UC Davis grad, he’s passionate about helping others live healthier, more independent lives.

We’re so happy to share our most recent home accessibility modification completed for Delores in Orange County! 💙

Through our Environmental Accessibility Adaptations (EAA) program, we help community members like Delores stay safe and independent in their homes by installing ramps, grab bars, and other accessibility features.

Every modification means more freedom, comfort, and peace of mind — and we’re honored to be part of that journey.
