Baby cured of rare epilepsy syndrome after doctors inject missing gene directly into his brain The child was one of the first in the world to be treated with gene replacement therapy to restore the function of a crucial gene that regulates nervous system development.

This is what 7 years of hard work and love can do. This guy has grown into an amazing young man. He's calm, he reads and writes amd uses text messages to tell us how he feels. We are so proud and honored to be part of this journey.
