Taking maternity photos for a dear friend feels surreal - especially when we’ve dreamed about this moment since the early days of her pregnancy, or even further back, during those carefree conversations about life, love, and future hopes. Now that this moment is here, emotions overflow: joy, excitement, nervousness, and the deepest wishes for her journey into motherhood.

I’ll admit - driving to the coast, my heart was racing. Would my lens capture the magic of this milestone? Would these photos tell the story she deserves?

But as golden hour embraced us and waves come and go, washing off the shore, everything fell into place. Sometimes nature has its way of calming our hearts and reminding us that the most beautiful moments are the ones shared with those we cherish.
