Congratulations to Sophia Popov on winning the 2020 AIG Women’s Open!

Sophia has worked with K3 Combat Movement Systems co-founder Dr. Jimmy Yuan enhancing her athleticism using many of the progressions and drills taught during our K3 Foundations: Level 1 courses.

Following her victory at the 2020 AIG Women’s Open, Sophia was offered full LPGA membership!
