Offering your visitors a digital coupon once they log on to your wifi makes you stand out even more.

Once your customers login, you can redirect them to a special URL that gives them the chance to redeem a digital coupon.

Only your visitors that use wifi will receive the offer, so they will feel special and be more likely to buy from you.

For example, maybe a visitor to your store is just browsing and doesn’t plan on buying anything. But when they login to your wifi, they get a special offer for 20% off any purchase over $50.

Wanting to take advantage of the offer, the visitor decides to buy an expensive item that they have had on their “wish list” for a while.

That’s how you turn a visitor into a paying customer.

3. Gamify your Wifi Experience

So far, this list has covered some basic consumer truths: people love wifi and people love discounts. You know what else people love? Games.

Adding a game to your wifi experience can dramatically increase visitor engagement.

Let’s revisit the previous example. Maybe instead of offering every wifi user a coupon for 20% off their purchase, wifi users could play a game to determine what coupon they receive.

Possible game formats could be Scratch&Win games, slot machines, etc.

4. Promote Your Content
