Roughly same weight in both pics.
On the left i “worked out” 8/10 times a week and thought i could outwork all my s**t habits outside the gym.
Right is a result of only strength training 3/4 times a week. Throughly tracking my progress, prioritizing recovery, sleep, nutrition, life stress and not sub-coming to the need to do something everyday.
