Happy 20-year anniversary to Kristy Mutch, our incredible assistant to the President!

Kristy began her journey with R.D. Olson as a project administrator, and since becoming the assistant to our president in 2015, she’s been an irreplaceable part of our team. Kristy truly wears multiple hats—serving as our office manager, leading subcontractor resources, overseeing all corporate meetings, outings, and functions, and spearheading our charitable events. Most recently, she organized today’s golf tournament benefiting Olive Crest.

Kristy’s favorite part of her job is getting to host the numerous parties and events throughout the year, including the company picnic, win parties, outings, and the Christmas parties! There’s always something to plan, and every day brings something new.
