Lisa walked into Co-Op Pilates on Saturday, January 28th, 2023, and never looked back! Consistent since (literally) day 1, Lisa has become a pillar of our community. Known for her in-class pig tails (a great way to keep your hair during class!) and matching socks and pants, she is a joy to be around. Lisa’s hard work has paid off in the over 700 classes she’s taken, parlaying her strength into her active lifestyle. Let’s show Lisa some love! ❤️

For more than 640 classes and counting, this mother–daughter duo has been showing up side by side on the reformer, turning Pilates into their shared ritual. What started as a workout has become meaningful time together—strengthening not just their bodies, but their bond. Their consistency, dedication, and mutual support are a true reflection of the community spirit that makes our studio so special.
