People always seem surprised and disgusted when we tell them about mud day...but just a reminder: CHILDREN ARE SUPPOSED TO GO OUTSIDE AND GET DIRTY! THEIR DEVELOPING BRAINS AND BODIES NEEEEEED TO HAVE THESE EXTREMELY VALUABLE EXPERIENCES!

Mud is good for our bodies, our immune systems, our development, and our minds (if you don’t believe me, do some research)! Here is how we celebrated MUD DAY! 😜🐌🪱🌎🤎
