Safety Drill Community Notice:
In accordance with recommendations from our law enforcement partners and the I Love U Guys Foundation, the School District Five Safety Team and local law enforcement agencies will be conducting coordinated drills within our schools, while students are present, during the month of September. These exercises are designed to enhance the district's preparedness and ensure the safety of our students, staff, and community.

What to Expect:
• Multiple agencies, including local law enforcement and public safety partners, will participate and be on-site.
• In order to have the most realistic training experience, students and staff will not know about the drills ahead of time.
• Students' ability to follow directions and listen to those responsible for their safety during this time can save their life and others. Please take a moment to talk with your children about the drills that may take place at their school, discuss the Standard Response Protocols, and review how to use the STOPit app. Visit www.lexrich5.org/safety for more information.
