Kordansky Gallery Opening, LA 7.15.25
It was a great honor to attend the opening reception for An American Beauty: Grateful Dead 1965–1995, an exhibition of photographs commemorating 60 years of the band, curated by rock photographer Jay Blakesberg and his daughter, Ricki Blakesberg. One of my prints from the legendary RFK 6.10.73 concert was in the show.
From the moment I entered the gallery, I was treated with great respect! At the Panel discussion, attended by ~350 people, Jay asked me to discuss my beginnings in photography and photographing at the shows in the early 70’s. Here is that video.

Celebrating a decade of dedication! For 10 inspiring years, we've had the honor of volunteering our time and expertise to Table to Table, designing, developing, hosting and maintaining their website and recently completing a second, full redesign.
Table to Table bridges the gap between abundance and hunger. Their mission is to increase food equity and reduce environmental harm by collecting and redistributing surplus food through partners to people who can use it.
Through food recovery and redistribution, T2T helps thousands of our Johnson County neighbors annually. This year, they distributed 2.3 million pounds of food, three fifths of which was highly-sought after produce, protein, and dairy. This year marks 30+ million pounds of food rescued since 1996.
It's been a privilege to support an organization that does so much good in our community, rescuing food and nourishing lives. Here's to many more years of making a difference together! ❤️
