Two weeks ago, FilmScene in the Park drew a huge crowd at our own Chauncey Swan Park! We’re a City of Literature, so a packed park for a free screening of “Pride and Prejudice” wasn’t a surprise.

Good news, though: there are plenty more FilmScene in the Park screenings coming this year, including the baseball classic “The Sandlot” on July 25, Wes Anderson’s meticulously stop-motion animated “The Fantastic Mr. Fox” on Aug. 8, and the well-dressed comedy “The Devil Wears Prada” on Aug. 22.
