Do you have a passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed? Join the Key Training Center as an Instructor Assistant and help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build valuable life and job skills in a supportive, engaging environment.

In this role, you'll:
✨ Assist instructors with daily teaching and learning activities
🤝 Provide one-on-one support to program participants
🎨 Encourage participation in work, recreational, and community activities
💙 Help individuals develop independence, confidence, and new skills every day

Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
✔ Experience is helpful—but not required
✔ A caring attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
