Tiffani has long been known as the “Queen of Court,” and her expertise, hard work, and passion have made a lasting impact on our team and the company as a whole. We are so grateful for everything she does each day. Congratulations on 20 years, Tiffani—what an incredible achievement! We would also like to give a big shout out to David from our maintenance team! David recently stepped in to repair concrete on a back patio, saving the property the cost and time of bringing in an outside contractor. His willingness to step up, a positive can-do attitude, and strong skillset make a huge difference. We truly appreciate his dedication and the value he brings to our team every day. Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout-out to Heather @ Corporate 🧨🎉 Over the past several weeks, she has taken on a significant amount of responsibility, often managing the department largely on her own. Despite the added workload, she has handled everything seamlessly and with a positive attitude. In addition to keeping the department running smoothly, she has continued to manage incoming calls—sometimes dealing with challenging situations and difficult callers—while always remaining professional, courteous, and focused on providing excellent service. Her ability to stay calm under pressure and represent our team so well has not gone unnoticed. What’s even more impressive is that she has maintained this high level of performance without any complaints, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything gets done right.
