I've decided to share my Cranberry sauce recipe with Y'all. :)
This is a triple batch, Share with the ones you Love!
You need:
3 cups sugar and 3 cups of water.
3 bags of cranberries
2, 10 oz cans of crushed pineapple, squeeze out juice.
1, l6 oz jar of maraschino cherries, drained and quartered.
2, 15oz cans of mandarin orange slices
Zest of 2 oranges and one tangerine
Juice from one lime.

Bring water and sugar to a boil, add cranberries. Allow them to return to a boil and pop. Now add your pineapple, zest and lime, stir and return to a boil.
Allow to boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cherries and mandarin oranges, Add these last or the will cook apart.

This a very balanced sauce that isn't too sweet or tart for most palates.
