R. I. P. Paw Paw - I will always cherish all the time we spent together. I would love coming over to hang out with you because I knew we would always walk down to the corner store and get junk food even when Grandma said no! And then when we didn’t want the dinner at home we would sneak out the front door and go get honey bbq wings from KFC! I’m so grateful that you got to meet and spend time with my 1st born. This picture is from just this past Friday and somehow God put it in my heart to make sure the 3 of us had a picture before we went home that day… and now you are home! I love you Grandpa and although we are sad now we know deep down you are in a better place and truly at peace! Rest Easy 🙏🏾

🚨 TESTIMONY TELL 🚨

Behind the smiles you see in this picture is a story worth telling. This client was referred to us by another client of ours. Upon reviewing their file, they had been denied approval by 2 lenders. We immediately research why and found creative options to resolve the issue. She was very discouraged initially as she had to move each of the last 4 years. Needless to say homeownership was the only option at this point. We literally previews over 30 homes weekly and toured a minimum of 10 homes/week. We were able to get 2 offers accepted on the same day and she picked the bigger home of course! Halfway through the escrow period, the lender was made aware of a guideline overlay that did not allow them to move forward with the loan. We had removed all contingencies except for 1 and we were suppose to close in 1 week. We scrambled to find another lender who was able to close in 9 days from the time we submitted the file. worked tirelessly to expedite timelines while negotiate an extension of time w/o and per diem charged and close on time. Our client had soo many mixed emotions through this process and it was such a breathe of fresh air to get her across the finish line!! 🔑
