Coach Monica began her journey as a Universal member in 2020. Having played softball from her youth through high school, she has always had a competitive spirit. As a U-Fit member, Monica discovered a supportive community that fueled her passion for fitness. This experience not only helped her build confidence and discipline but also enabled her to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. Now, Monica is a u-fit coach and is dedicated to guiding others on their fitness journeys, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.
