Higher insurance coverage DOES NOT automatically mean a higher premium.
As an independent agency, we compare multiple insurance companies.
Sometimes we can actually improve your coverage AND lower your monthly payment.
Better protection doesn't have to cost more.
That's the advantage of having someone shop the market for you.

In most states, including Indiana, car insurance follows the vehicle, not the driver. It's a rule called 'permissive use.' When you give someone permission to drive your car, you're also giving them permission to use your insurance policy.
So if your friend causes an accident in your car, it's YOUR insurance company that pays for the damages. That means you're the one filing the claim, you're the one paying the deductible, and your rates are the ones that could go up.
So the next time you hand over your keys, just remember: you're not just lending out your car, you're lending out your insurance record. Be careful who you let get behind the wheel.

The biggest insurance mistake isn't being uninsured...
It's thinking you're covered when you're not.
We see it all the time.
🚗 Auto policies with liability limits that are too low.
🏡 Homeowners policies that don't fully cover the cost to rebuild.
💍 Valuable items that aren't scheduled on the policy.
☂️ No umbrella coverage to protect hard-earned assets.
The scary part? Most people don't find out there's a gap in coverage until they need to file a claim.
That's why we review policies differently. As an independent agency, we compare multiple carriers and help identify hidden gaps before they become expensive surprises.
A few minutes reviewing your coverage today could save you thousands tomorrow.

Most people assume their standard homeowner's policy covers any kind of water damage. But here's the fine print they miss: damage from something like a burst pipe is covered, but water that backs up from a sewer or a sump pump overflow is almost always excluded."
In Indiana, with our heavy spring rains and high water tables, sump pumps work overtime. A failure isn't a matter of *if*, but *when*. And when it happens, you're suddenly looking at replacing drywall, flooring, and furniture... it adds up fast.
The coverage you need to ask for is called 'Water Backup and Sump Pump Overflow.' For a small amount each year, sometimes as little as $50, it can provide $10,000, $20,000, or even more in coverage. It's the single most important endorsement you can add to your Indiana home policy.
