Proper Pour is looking towards a bright 2024! We are searching for a new Draft Technician for the Greater Fort Wayne area.

Position Description:
Full Time Draft Technician responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of draft systems in the Greater Fort Wayne area. This is an entry level position with 2-3 weeks of on the job training.

Position Highlights:

-Minimum starting pay is $16/hour with increased starting wage based on experience and knowledge (paid salary, not hourly)
-$300/month health insurance stipend
-401k/Roth 401k with up to 4% employer match
-Take home work vehicle with company card for gas and expenses
-PTO, paid Holidays, and personal days
- Significant bonus potential, especially in this market.
