This June, in honor of LGBTQ+ Pride Month, we’re celebrating the visibility of the LGBTQ+ community and the important work of advancing equity for all.

Are you ready to apply for the REAL Class of 2027? Keep these tips in mind as you complete your application.

Applications are evaluated based on these categories: Education and Specialty, Volunteer Activity, Qualifications, Personal Attributes, and Recommendation(s).

Names and identifying information are redacted from the applications shared with the Selection Committee.

Take your time in completing the application. Be sure to give thoughtful answers and show the committee how great you are!

Pro tip: while you can’t save your progress in the application form, you can write your answers to the questions in a separate document and copy/paste them into the application form when you’re ready.
