Is it eggs? No. It’s jeggs. These Jell-O shots are an eggcellent way to step up your brunch game. Recipe below!

Egg-shaped Jell-O shots (makes 16-20)

FOR THE “EGG WHITES”
-4 packs unflavored gelatin
-1 cup boiling water
-1 cup whipped vodka
-3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1) Lightly coat an egg-shaped silicone mold with oil
2) Pour 1 cup boiling water over 4 packs of unflavored gelatin in a bowl and whisk
3) Add 1 cup whipped vodka, whisk
4) Add 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, whisk
5) Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
6) Once set, use a small circular cookie cutter to carve out the top of each “egg” for the “yolk”

FOR THE “EGG YOLK”
-1 pack gelatin
-1/4 cup boiling water
-1/4 cup whipped vodka
-2 TBSP sweetened condensed milk
-Yellow and pink food coloring

7) Pour 1/4 cup boiling water over 1 pack unflavored gelatin and whisk
8) Add 1/4 cup whipped vodka, whisk
9) Add 2 TBSP sweetened condensed milk, whisk
10) Add 2 drops of pink and a lot of yellow until yellow-orange
11) Carefully add a small amount of the “yolk” mixture to your carved-out “egg whites”
12) Refrigerate 1 hour until set
