Music for All

Today, we remember Music for All Hall of Fame member Norm Ruebling, who passed away on Thursday. Norm was larger than life, with a huge personality and beloved by students and colleagues alike. He was involved with Bands of America and Music for All for over 30 years. Norm was a band director at the high school and college levels, a nationally renowned adjudicator and clinician, and served as Bands of America Summer Camp director. He also performed as percussionist and band leader with his own musical group, “The Norm Ruebling Band.” Norm was president and owner of MO-X “The Airport ConneXion” and “Doc & Norm Direct LLC” shuttle and charter and transportation companies of St. Louis, Kansas City, and Columbia, Missouri. Music for All sends our sympathies to Norm‘s family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
