Teacher Cliques Are Worse Than High School Sometimes 😬

Nobody warned me that sometimes the hardest social part of teaching wasn’t the kids… it was the adults 😅

You walk into a new school thinking:

“Yay! Coworkers! Community!”

And then realize some staff dynamics feel like:

🚫 assigned seating at lunch
🚫 mysterious group texts you’re not in
🚫 “inside jokes” from 14 years ago
🚫 one table that somehow feels off limits 😂

Obviously not every school. But if you know, you KNOW.
