My passion is to see children thrive in and out of the classroom. A strong foundation in elementary English and Math is crucial.
Sometimes, we have to try unconventional methods to reach students where they are. One approach I like to employ is working with children in the classroom environment in order to ensure proper test-taking methods are implemented, as well as being sure that no student is overlooked in the large-scale student/teacher ratio. Whether it be moving into the classroom to collaborate with the teacher or pulling the student out of the classroom for more intimate teaching, the goal is to be sure that no student falls through the cracks through behavior, whether that behavior be good or bad.
