Pink-4-Ever was honored to join the General Missionary Baptist State Convention of Indiana, Inc. for a powerful day of health, wellness, and community. Blood pressure screenings, health resources, education, and real conversations — this is what it looks like when faith and wellness come together.

This weekend our sisters gathered for brunch, community, and a conversation we all needed — “Thriving Beyond Fatigue: Tools for Living Well During and After Breast Cancer,” presented by Dr. Shelley Johns and her team at Regenstrief Institute.

We learned that cancer-related fatigue is real — 30–60% of patients experience moderate to severe fatigue during treatment, and for many it lingers long after. But we also learned we don’t have to just push through it. From activity pacing to nourishing our bodies, protecting our sleep, and practicing mindfulness — there are real tools for getting your energy back.

Thank you Dr. Johns and the Regenstrief Institute team for pouring into our survivors and caregivers, and thank you to every sister who showed up. This is what community care looks like. 🎀
