INDY Controls

Here is how I spent my Tuesday at Nextgear Capitol .

The existing Honeywell WBS 8000 JACE was replaced with a new JACE-9000 controller. The controller was commissioned using the latest software version, the license was imported from Honeywell’s server, and WebStation was reloaded. The JACE secondary port was configured as a DHCP server.
A new Honeywell Optimizer Unitary Controller was installed on Heat Pump Unit 101 to replace the existing stand-alone thermostat. New Cat-6 cabling was installed from the JACE network switch to the unit, and IP communications were successfully established with the controller. Internal heat pump wiring was retrofitted as required, and all necessary sensors were installed. A new TR22 wall module was installed.
A custom wire-sheet control program was developed using an IRM control pallet and loaded into the controller. The controller was fully integrated into WebStation, and a new points database was created. Alarms and trends were configured. The unit was commissioned and functionally tested.
New unit graphics were created, and the floorplan and unit list graphics were updated accordingly. A new station backup was completed upon project completion.
