Over the past 10 weeks, we had the opportunity to offer holistic and alternative therapy options—made possible through grant funding and collaboration with amazing local providers.

Together, we created space for individuals and families to experience healing beyond traditional talk therapy.

Through Yoga, EMDR, and Youth Therapy, participants explored new ways to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and process the effects of past trauma.

This collaboration showed the power of community, holistic healing, and access to care—helping people discover that there is more than one way to heal.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a journey.
