On January 8th, Brian Rowe, CEO of Perceivant, will lead us in a conversation of Fund Raising Equity and Debt.
He will share how he financed his last 3 companies, why each one was different and what he thinks he learned. Brian's first company was a services company, his second was a Software SaaS business with fairly consistent revenue and his current company, Perceivant, is Software business with highly cyclical revenue. Each of these situations required different capital needs which were one of his greatest barriers to accelerated growth and success.
