CALL TO ARTISTS: What Was Carried, a group show

This exhibition was requested by and is for artists who have survived sexual abuse and are sharing their stories through creative expression. Together they create space for honesty, dignity, and the slow work of healing.

Artists who have experienced sexual abuse are invited to submit work that reflects their story, their healing, or the truths they wish the world better understood.

Join us in welcoming our Polklore Micro-Museum intern, Chace Bailey!

Born and raised in Avon, Indiana, Chace Bailey (20) is a multifaceted creative, taking on the roles of a painter, a digital designer, and a content creator all in one. Currently, she attends the illustrious Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, as a rising third-year Psychology major and Spanish minor.

She is passionate about sparking societal change, fostering empathy, and promoting mental wellness through the beauty of colors and shapes.
