Meet the Presenter: Christy Song, LMFT
Understanding your “why” can change how you show up in every relationship.
Christy Song, LMFT (she/they) is a Clinical Director, educator, and therapist specializing in trauma informed care for q***r, polyamorous, and relationship diverse communities. With more than 15 years of lived and professional experience in polyamory and relationship anarchy, Christy brings a decolonial, systemic, and strengths based approach to healing and connection.
They train and supervise clinicians in areas including dissociation, trauma, crisis response, and complex relational systems, integrating EMDR, somatic grounding, and culturally responsive care. Christy is deeply committed to expanding access to affirming mental health services and supporting communities that have historically been overlooked or marginalized.

This session invites participants to explore the deeper motivations behind their relationship choices and non monogamous practices. Through reflection and guided insight, attendees will identify their personal “why,” learn how to use it as an anchor in decision making and communication, and recognize how it can support growth, boundaries, and stronger connections.
This workshop offers a grounded and introspective foundation for anyone looking to align their relationships with their values and intentions.
