Can you take a guess on what common factors affect the housing market?

2021 was a crazy year in the real estate industry. Houses were flying off the market at record speeds and record prices. Interest rates were low and still are low to this day. But what are some of the factors that have caused the market to thrive?

Some of the main things that drive the real estate market or I should say impact the real estate market are as follows..

Supply and Demand
Interest Rates
Economy
Affordability
# of Homes

I’m sure there are a few others I forgot..🤷🏻‍♀️

The real question is will 2022 be a similar year to 2021??

I personally think things will slow down but supply will stay low creating a similar situation.
