Project Manager Vicky Novero has been part of the Archer Lighting team for four years. Vicky’s favorite part of her job is the people she works with, both in the company and her customers. Since joining our team, her lighting knowledge has grown tremendously and she is excited to continue learning new things.

Outside of work, family is a huge priority for Vicky. Pictured are her significant other Jerry, daughter Breana, Breana's fiancé Aaron and Vicky's grandson, Bralon. She loves spending time with Bralon and can be found boating, hiking, playing games and riding bikes in her free time. Before the pandemic hit, you could also find Vicky enjoying concerts. Her dogs Lola and Sharpay love going on car rides and also keep her busy. This weekend Vicky will be camping (in a tent!) at Lake Patoka with a group of friends and she’s looking forward to boating at Lake Norris in Tennessee with her sister for the Fourth of July.
