Always exciting to see finished projects AFTER the clients move in. In this case, the client was the builder...so it is wild to see the homes painted the colors the actual homeowners wanted. Fun yellow doors with the dark blue-gray, and it’s reflection chose sage green.

GM STAMPING PLANT MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN. WOULD STILL LOVE TO TALK TO A DEVELOPER ABOUT THIS CONCEPT THAT WAS DERAILED WHEN THE FORMER MAYOR PROPOSED A JUSTICE CENTER FOR THE SITE. THIS CONCEPT WAS FOR A SIGNATURE HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER, CORPORATE OFFICE AND MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT, A NEW PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICLE CONNECTOR BRIDGE AND A SKY VIEW RESTAURANT OVERLOOKING THE CITY AND THE INDIANAPOLIS ZOO.
