Hey, everyone, I will not be having classes or personal training the week of Monday, March 9 through Saturday March 14. Back to normal as of Monday, March 16. Thanks!

Sorry, but due to the snow and hazardous road conditions I’m having to cancel my morning classes today. It should melt off by later and I am planning on having my 4 PM and 6:30 PM classes. Be sure to send me a text if you want a spot! Be extra careful if you have to get out in this!

main roads are much better and the side streets are iffy in some spots, especially back here in the industrial complex, and the parking lot has been plowed so I will be having class tonight and will be good to go for tomorrow. Be extra careful with the slick spots and the temperatures!

Sorry, everyone, but I just found out. I need to take my mom to her eye surgery appointment tomorrow morning at 9 AM in Carmel and have to cancel both of my morning classes. I will be having my 4 PM and 6:30 PM class. Please text me to let me know if you want to attend those classes.

Good morning, everyone! The roads are perfectly fine with no slick spots that I could tell on my way in to the studio, just really cold out. I will be having all my classes today!
