FETA-PARMESAN ROASTED STUFFED DATES WITH HONEY-WALNUT HERB CRUNCH! Inspired my talented friend @dishingouthealth who posted something similar a couple weeks ago. LEGIT THESE ARE MOUTHWATERING DELICIOUS! • For the topping: 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary 2 tbsp chopped scallions 2 tbsp chopped parsley or arugula 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp honey 1 tsp orange zest 1/4 tsp salt Pepper to taste • 10 oz dates, sliced open on one side Honey 3 oz feta cheese, sliced into 1 inch “pieces” 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese • 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 375. 2️⃣Make the topping by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing. 3️⃣Add some honey to a small bowl and add the Parmesan to a small plate. Dip the feta into honey, then the Parmesan to coat. Add the feta to the center of the dates. 4️⃣Add the dates to a casserole dish. Top with topping. This series is my favorite

A red line divides the picture plane. 🌸 Vincent used the same red to sign this small painting of a sprig of flowering almond, in the upper left corner. When Vincent arrived in Arles (FR), there was still snow on the ground. On 2 March, a little more than a week later, he wrote to his brother, 'There’s a hard frost here, and out in the country there’s still snow – I have a study of a whitened landscape with the town in the background. And then 2 little studies of a branch of an almond tree that’s already in flower despite everything’. Vincent subsequently began work on a large series of paintings of flowering orchards: almond, peach, plum and pear trees.
