Keystone Group has acquired the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, with plans to transform the property into a new Renaissance hotel, Keystone’s first development under Marriott International Renaissance Hotels lifestyle brand.

As one of the largest hotels in Indiana, the future Renaissance hotel joins Keystone's InterContinental Indianapolis, an IHG Hotel, 120 Monument Circle and 220 Meridian Tower creating a special four property interconnected district surrounding the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Monument Circle.

Together, these neighboring Keystone properties represent a half billion in ongoing Keystone investments and a continued commitment to shape how people live, work, stay and experience our City.
