CHECK OUT THE DIRTY DOZEN LIST 2025 FOR SAFER EATING.

We can’t eat absolutely everything organic. Not all foods are readily available organically grown, plus the cost is much great than for conventional foods.

However, we can selectively eat organic foods where the conventional versions have the most pesticides and chemicals on them. There is a list available called The Dirty Dozen list that shows which fruits and veggies have the highest concentration of pesticides. These are the ones to buy organic, when possible.

There is also a list called The Clean 15, which has the fruits and veggies with little or no pesticides on them, even when grown conventionally.. They can be eaten with little concern, and buying them organically grown is not so necessary.
