I take my time — picking, cleaning, mixing, getting every leaf juuuust right. I’m a kale–mustard–turnip–collard kinda girl, because that blend? IS purrrrrrfection 😮‍💨🔥

There’s something so calming about making greens. It’s therapy, it’s tradition, it’s love in a pot and it is a skill. A whole craft. A whole art form. 👩🏽‍🍳
