The CHIP office will be closed Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3, for our annual summer recess. This intentional break gives our staff time to pause, recharge, and recenter before returning to the important work ahead.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to reconnecting when our office reopens. For information and resources during the closure, please visit www.chipindy.org.

Last week, CHIP was proud to attend Neighborhood Housing Partnership’s annual Community Breakfast, a gathering that brought together community leaders, housing advocates, partners, and neighbors to celebrate the power of HOME. 🏡
Throughout the morning, we heard stories and insights that underscored what we know to be true: stable, affordable housing is foundational. It strengthens families, supports neighborhoods, and creates pathways to opportunity.
At CHIP, we believe lasting progress is built through collaboration and collective impact. Addressing housing instability requires all of us, across systems, sectors, and communities, working together toward a shared vision where every neighbor has a safe, stable place to call home.
Thank you to INHP for hosting such a meaningful event and for continuing to lead important work that expands access to affordable housing and homeownership across Indianapolis. 💙

Please join us in recognizing Matt’s 9 year workiversary with CHIP🎊
As CHIP’s Director of Strategic Collaboration, Matt helps turn shared vision into collective action. He works across CHIP, the Blueprint Council, and the broader Indianapolis community to align strategies, strengthen partnerships, and move our community closer to an effective, equitable, and sustainable homeless response system.
An experimenter, problem solver, and implementer, Matt brings both purpose and action to his work. He is also a passionate advocate for ending Veteran homelessness and has spent years helping strengthen the systems and partnerships that support Veterans and other neighbors experiencing homelessness.
For nine years, Matt’s thoughtful leadership, curiosity, and collaborative spirit have helped move this work forward. We’re grateful for all he brings to CHIP and our community.
