We are thankful this building opened and is now filled with neighbors as the snow covers the ground and temperatures drop. 36 people now have a permanent place to live during these cold months!

Compass on Washington, located at 1133 East Washington Street in Indianapolis, is a 36-unit permanent supportive housing development partnership with Horizon House and Englewood Community Development. This development serves individuals experiencing homelessness.

Compass offers 36 one-bedroom units which are 515 square feet and fully furnished, a community room, kitchen, and office spaces. Horizon House, with Englewood CDC as property management, provides basic needs, mainstream benefits, mental health and recovery support, recreation, independent living skills, and community integration on-site.
