Who are the people behind ? Let's start with Renee Harness, the Founder of Harness Leadership, Co-Founder of Third Eye Leadership and a potter (not quite a ceramicist yet - still learning).

As a potter, Renee has learned a few lessons that can be applied to anyone wanting to lead: first, get centered. Thanks to for her "comminuty" help on the cooking tagine.

When someone asked Jim Kouzes "What can we do as leaders in this charged political environment?" He said, "work with the youth to build Leadership skills."

Last weekend, we offered The Student Leadership Challenge to some of the high school and college students at the Muslim Community Center of Louisville. Bright young leaders!

What do I get out of mentoring others? I LEARN a LOT! I've learned from each of the folks in this photo in 2017, including Barry Posner, Ph.D. and Jim Kouzes, my mentors.

I also learned as Tom Pearce and I mentored these leaders to become Certified Facilitators in The Leadership Challenge, including: Denise McDonald, Christy Ashworth-Mazerolle, Jerre Wortham, Thomas W Wasden, Robert Shindell, Ph.D., Lawandra M. Smith, MPA, Michael Curtis, Laura Strausberg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Vaundee Arnold, Troy Jackson, Ph.D., and Crystal Phalen.
