to when we joined Gilbane Building to deliver structural and heavy steel fabrication for Andelyn Biosciences' clinical manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio. This 185,000 sq. ft. center produces materials for multiple gene therapy clinical studies. We're proud to have brought the precision this kind of work demands.

to Lenex Steel's contribution to the 650,000 sq. ft. expansion of the Indiana Convention Center alongside Shiel Sexton Company featuring primary truss girders spanning 90 feet, secondary trusses spanning 240 feet, and a 55-foot cantilevered roof at the new main entrance framed by custom-built beams and columns.

Complex spans, custom fabrication, and a centerpiece entrance that had to perform as well as it looked. We proud to have played a role in building this for our city.

to the University of Kentucky Student Center renovation and expansion — upgraded student spaces, new dining options, and enhanced recreational and meeting areas. We're proud to have supported this project by fabricating and delivering the structural steel alongside Messer Construction Co.

to when we joined Pepper Construction Group to provide structural and miscellaneous steel for IKEA Fishers — a 289,000 sq. ft. retail and warehouse facility just off I-69 in Fishers, Indiana. 645 tons of joist steel. 250 tons of deck, supporting both the showroom and warehouse areas from the ground up. We're proud to have partnered on such a large-scale project right in our backyard!
