We were excited to partner with Ivy Tech Community College and the CREC: Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness for an employer feedback session focused on shaping advanced manufacturing skills training in the Indianapolis area. Attendees were able to review Ivy Tech’s new Advanced Manufacturing Principles curriculum, discuss what ROI in workforce training should mean for employers, and explore scalable models for new-hire onboarding and incumbent worker upskilling.

The event also highlighted Ivy Tech’s advanced manufacturing training space, developed in partnership with Eli Lilly and Company which is now open to support additional programs and employer engagement opportunities.
