Indy's weak data center ordinance will be introduced at the City Council meeting this coming Monday, 7/6 at 7 PM.
The public will not have the chance to comment on the ordinance at the full Council meeting on 7/6.
The public will have the chance to comment on the ordinance at the Metropolitan and Economic Development Committee Meeting on 7/13 at 5:30 PM.
The weak ordinance with inadequate protections for our community could be adopted as soon as Aug. 10 if there are no further amendments.

An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect through Thursday evening. Afternoon heat indices will peak from 105 to over 110 degrees over central Indiana with highs in the 90s through Thursday. Limit outdoor activities, wear lightweight, loose fit clothing and drink plenty of fluids.
