Today, we hosted a Project Indy hiring event with Crew Carwash at the Martin Luther King Community Center, and welcomed over 40 youth and young adults from across Marion County to interview directly with hiring representatives for positions at multiple Crew Carwash locations across Indianapolis.

Project Indy is a free, easy-to-use platform that connects young people in Marion County to real job opportunities—and helps employers find motivated, local talent. Project Indy currently features 2,894 job openings across 257 positions from 174 local employers.

EmployIndy is proud to celebrate Tiffani McLaurin-Robinson, Director of Talent Connection, for being named the 2026 Alzheimer’s Impact Movement Advocate of the Year by the Alzheimer's Association. This national recognition highlights her leadership and steadfast advocacy for individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease, including her work advancing key policy priorities with lawmakers.
