Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🇲🇽 We served up burrito bowls out at ADESA today for our special. It was our highest bought special in over the two years we have been there. Very delicious!

These would be great as a buffet for a business lunch or any type of party!

A couple weeks ago we catered an Administrator’s Day lunch for SKO Law Firm. We were given a menu from the caterer of their Louisville office and asked to replicate it.

This entire menu were new menu items for us. We like a challenge! I have made a few items many times for my family like garlic bread, roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables. The desserts were all first time experiences for me. They turned out fantastic! Those versions of chicken and salad were all new for Vince to make, and they turned out delicious too.

Happy Derby Day!! We had a Derby themed retirement party that we catered today.

We catered an Administrator’s Day Lunch at Roncalli last week. We served pulled pork, Mac and cheese, chips, green beans with bacon, chocolate chip cookies and brownies. They said everyone was complimenting the food, especially the brownies.
