SAMHSA has recently released the updated 2023 Community Behavioral Health Clinics Certification Criteria. These criteria are pivotal for clinics and states to adhere to, with most CCBHCs required to comply by July 1, 2024.

📑 Key Highlights:
* Until the implementation deadline, CCBHCs are mandated to meet the existing 2015 CCBHC Criteria.
* Utilize the CCBHC Compliance Checklist to ensure alignment with the required criteria.
