Meet the face behind the social media 📸I’m Juliana and I’m the social media / marketing manager for Hammer Construction. I’ve been with the team since May 2022 and have truly enjoyed my role here. I like to consider myself a loving optimist who finds joy in making others flourish and be happy. We know him as the Demo God, someone who is relentlessly hard working, shows infinite compassion, along with teaching his audience philosophically wisdom he has learned through his own hardships and successes. Our team at The Hammer is truly grateful to have a leader who we can always count on!

“My name is Thadeus Starsiak. I’m a native Hoosier, and I grew up on the Westside of Indianapolis. I attended Cardinal Ritter High school and IU. For the past three years I have owned and operated Hammer Consulting and Construction. Prior to my own business, I worked for Two Chicks and a Hammer as their in house GC and starred on HGTV’s Good Bones for 8 seasons. I am an expert in older home remodeling, but we do it all. It has been one of my greatest joys owning my own construction company, and I receive a great sense of fulfillment bringing homeowners’ visions to life with our incredible in house team and subcontractors.
